Refund policy

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee whether or not your order is shipped. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

If the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Returns are only applicable for purchases made directly from our website. For third-party purchases, please check the respective seller’s policy.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Personalized or customized products.

Opened or used games and books, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Return Process

1. Email namaste@chittam.in with your order details, reason for return, and product images. 

2. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.

3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or defective on arrival.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund or replacement within 7 working days.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
